Furnished in a new concept of industrial style, more dynamic and modern.

Almost all of our bedrooms provide a balcony, which has a 360-degree view of Piazza Moro and Via Sparano.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom ( equipped with a hairdryer, set of towels and products for personal hygiene) fridge, flat screen, free WiFi available in the whole building, air-conditioned environment (not free only in the season spring/summer – alternatively it is possible to use a ceiling fan) breakfast buffet to consume in the bedroom and daily cleaning.

It is necessary to agree by telephone the appointment with the structure for the delivery of the keys and, upon request of the client, the possibility to extend the time of the check-in.

All children under 2 years old stay free sleeping in their parents’ bed.

Only small size animals are allowed.

The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. The customer has to pay at the check-in by cash, credit card or debit card. Instead the bank transfer can only be accepted if done in advance.

Perfect location, from the window you can see the station and the street where it is located is very lively and always full of people. I was in a third-floor room and I had a balcony in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows, I slept very well.
